I am a designer and developer of accessible learning materials for all.

I get excited about challenges and love helping organizations visually communicate difficult concepts to teams, partners, and stakeholders. I love collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create training that meets goals and also meets the needs of all learners.

 

I nerd out about the science of adult learning (How do we learn?) and instructional design (How should we teach?), and how people find success in the workplace. I believe that training is at heart of creating a connected, resilient workforce.

 

The sweet spot for me is finding innovative ways to bring these concepts together to develop quality learning experiences that make an impact for everyone.

 

What else? I am a lifelong learner and currently in a master’s program focused on adult education. I am innately curious, a self-starter, and creative problem-solver. I thrive when I am tackling a challenge and meeting the goals of my organization.
